Good quote
Elena, Malcolm Gladwell wrote a great book called “Outliers” where he defines this mastery as putting in 10,000 hours of practice on your craft. He has a great first example of The Beatles. They were sent to Hamburg, Germany to play seven shows a day, six days a week to improve their musicianship. Playing that many shows, you had to learn new material or you would be bored silly. So, they got better. Keith
